Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Debited money but IBPS fees not paid

The money has been debited from my account but the status of the ibps portal site is fees unpaid.
I do transaction two time via two payment app (Amazon pay and BHIM)

transaction id of bhim upi app[protected]
reference id of amazon pay app[protected]
amount - 850 + 850.
please keep me update about my complaint as soon as possible.
