I am bearing roll no [protected] and reg No. [protected], and I have exam of IBPS clerk 1.30 at TCS center Guwahati(Dispur), Assam and I am 5 minutes late in that exam. and exam official did not allow me to attain the exam. But, in rules and regulation of Ibps there is not mentioned if come late say 5 or 15 minutes they won't allow. It is crucial for me to give the exam. Now, 1 more year. Who will take the responsibilty. is it the exam authority of TCS or IBPS.
