Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Fees not submitted but amount deducted

While applying for ESIC UDC after filling details I made the payment using my paytm upi and the amount was deducted from bank but the payment window timed out and my payment status failed. Even after 48 hrs neither my payment was completed nor the bank refund my amount of 250. So below I am providing my payment id photo.
