Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — I am complaining about the amount that has to be refunded which got debit but never received by sbi website while applying for exa

I applied for SBI clerk post on September 17 evening and I used UPI transaction using google pay. My fee amount 750rs got debited from my account but SBI website shows they still haven't received the payment and 'proceed to payment' is still there in the website. I contacted gpay customer care and they said that the transaction was successful from their end and told me to contact the merchant. So I am raising a complaint on this and I need my refund immediately as the final date to apply is approaching fast.Thank you
