Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Login Credentials Not Received

On 3rd NOV I applied for the upcoming IBPS PO exam and also paid the necessary fee required. I went to my email to save the login credentials provided by IBPS but the there was no such mail. I even check my SMS by no such message was received by me. Now I not able to take the printout of my application form without my login credentials moreover the fee also got deducted from my account. I request IBPS to please provide me with a solution here
