Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Payment completed but not processed in application form.

I want to complain regarding, not accepting the payment completed on 9th November which was the last day of payment.
I was waiting for the application to proceed, but it wasn't done and now the deadline for payments is over and my application is not completed and also my money got debited.I want my refund back now. Application no- [protected] . (ibps RRB X officer scale 1)
