Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Payment debited but not displayed on application

Hi. On 20 october 2021, I payed my sbi po online by morning 8 am, I got my message that the amount has been deducted from my account.But when i got redirected to page it showed payment failure.When i logged back to the account it displayed that the payment has not been received.Please rectify the issue.
