Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Payment failure after successful transaction

I paid the IBPS SBI PO fee of 750 through UPI the payment is successful from the the payment service proider's and the money is debited form my account but the IBPS shows that your application was not completed due to payment failure i can't understand what to do ahead i tried everything from my end but nothing would work
i called to IBPS but they doesn't shows any interest on my issue
and they even don't want to listen what i wanted to tell about my issue of payment .
I contacted my payment service provider they said the payment is completed from our side but the real issue from the IBPS side so please contact to IBPS
but the IBPS is so irresponsive organization.
