I have make the payment for ibps po form the payment failed but my money deducted from my account i have mail them they are suggesting to do it once again from another browser but my money didnt refunded yet i am facing problem to do it once again and the last date is very close 13 august i have no sufficient time to wait for the money refund. Please help

Updated by pragnya mishra I have done the payment once again and it is successfully completed but the previous money rs.606 din't refund yet they are not receiving the phn and not giving information in how many days it will refund to my account

Updated by pragnya mishra They are sending mail that it is successfully completed transaction but not mentioning about the previous money that had deducted from my sbi account.please tell me what to do
