I paid for the registration of apprenticeship examination and the amount was debited from my bank but it is not credited towards... I want refund how can i get that... Pls give a reply

I want refund.. The amount has been debited from bank account but its showing unpaid...

Sir on 21 oct 2021 I paid my IBPS CLERK fee of Rs. 850, the amount is also deducted from my account but my payment status is still showing unsuccessful. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and refund my money so I can do the payment again.
