Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Regarding refund of application payment amount ( IBPS Po)

In 10/11/2021 (5:47 p.m ), I have applied for upcoming IBPS po and I done all the process and I have paid my application payment and it was shown as successful payment in my transaction but in IBPS website it was showing as ( payment not completed ) . After in that particular date itself the application closing date . I don't get any confirmation form IBPS, I want my money back, I kindly request you to refund my amount .
