I registered with icai for ca foundation course on 30th june 2019. I wished to cancel my registration due to some personal circumstances. I demanded a refund of my fees as i neither availed any services like issuing the icai books nor verified any documents with them. I e-mailed them for the same within the 3 days of my registration but there was no response from them. I also visited the head office of icai to get a refund but they even refused to give a partial refund.

In our answersheets, marks were not awarded properly for point to point correct answers. Also, there is no provision for Re-evaluating the answer sheets. Now we want change. We should have right to re-evaluate our answer sheet if there is any mistake in original evaluation.
