Institution Of Engineers India [Iei] — Status of Application for Professional Engineer title

Application for Professional Engineer (PE) was submitted through registered post (Indian Postal service) last in February.
I am working in Canada as geotechnical engineer since 2007, currently with BIG Consulting Inc.
Was civil project engineer in India from 1984 to 2007, with semi-govt department A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad.
All the relevant documents were provided as requested in the email from IEI. Bank DD towards application fee 11, 800 was enclosed with application already.

I have property in Hanamkonda, Telangana state, India and I visit back home during winter Jan/Feb every year.

After all questions answered and docs submitted, there is NO reply evenafter following up.

Wondering status of my application. IEI has right to Approve or Reject, but, I want status. If my application rejected, I want my DD amount back deposit into bank account (void checke already in there in application package).
May be you have doubt, if this person is foriegn or Indian. I am Indian Origin, hold OCI status, having ties in India. My India address was mentioned in the application.
If you consider my application under foriegn category, let me I will provide docs and ready to pay extra fee. By the way, I hold Associate Member of AMIE since 1994. And hold Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licence in Ontario Canada since 2010.
