[Resolved]  Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited — CHEATING FROM INSURANCE COMPANY

Dear Sir,

I had taken 2 policy from FUTURE GENERALI INDIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED at 2009, policy No[protected] & 00179910. I am depositing 5 primum Rs.50000/- in policy no[protected] & Rs.40000/- in policy no[protected]. Now i want to surrender my both 2 policy due to my urgent financial requirement, I had asked for the same in Future Genrali office, but his representative to asked me " I[censored] will surrender both policy now the first premium will deducted your value due to your first premium was taken as allocation charges at the time of insurance". This was never communicating to me about this. The company was cheated me & payment was blocked accordingly.

Its my humble request plz help me for refunding my principal Value Rs.90000/- against my both 2 policy premium amt which was deposited by me.

Against requested to plz help since i am suffering from our poor financial condition.

Waiting for your positive response.

As Said from 2012 on Call to Company Executive, Refund Mine Investment With Compensation within 15 Days of Receiving these Online Complain as if these is / Was the Condition of Company Service During Renewal Reminder Request Service then No Track of the Company after 15 yr or So as Future No one Knows as More Over Foreign Company, and POLICE PRESS POLITICIANS ADMINISTRATION ARE DUMMY OF THESE COMPANY so fearful of Return as Not Like FDI / Sharda Group etc...

There are Various Rules of the Company but its Per Company benefit mention & Mine Suffering are Proof of No Reply of Complain Lodge Via Phone, Emails from 2011 / 2012...

So Rules Doesn't too say So...a Telephonic Complain of got Several Complain No but Never Soln till 2012...so Whats Guarantee of Future .

RULES & REGULATION ARE FOR BUSINESS MAN BENEFIT BUT DE SERVICE SUPPORT LACK OF CO-ORDINATION EVERY COMPANY HAD TO BREAK THE RULE & REFUND THE COMPLAINER INVESTMENT AS DEMOCRACY & FUNDAMENTAL & CONSTITUTION LAW STATES SHOW ...AN ARGUMENT IS MEAN 2 KILL TIME TO HIDE SOMETHING 2 TAKE TIME ..AN DIVERSION VIA!!!RESULT COMPANY MORAL POLICY DETERIORATION .

With Reference to Your Bad Service from Your End as Well as From Your Agent End NITUL BISWAS – Humiliations to Disrespect to way of Speak after Policy Done which was Twice to Thrice complained to Your Toll Free No in December 2011 and January 2012 and Complain No Regarding that was Given and too Was Requested from mine side that His Commission was to Be Discontinue and Refunded to me as lack of Service and No work/Service why One would Sit and Earn and Details as then Said to Messengers.
