[Resolved] The Oriental Insurance Company Limited — Insurer not issued claim cheque inspite of offer of settlement. | |||
On 18th March 2010, I lost my bike Pulsar from Gurgaon. Bike was insured from The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. I have submitted all the papers whatever they had requested. In the month of April 2012, they told me that they require Last Insurance papers, I told them that last 2 times I was insuring from The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. only. They told me that they will take it from their office..... I had taken so many leaves from my office just because of this work, Most of the time Officers are on leave or they told me to wait outside the office, I waited there 4-5 Hours then after frustration I left from there. This incidence happened so many times with me in last 2 Years. Last 3-4 Months I am trying to approach them but they are not reachable. Even they are not picking my Phones. I am working in a private company and I can not take much leave but these guys are playing with me. Please help me out I am highly frustrated.......
