Hope you're doing great!
You were already in touch with Deepak for the same and as I got to know that the issue is not with the training but it software configuration of ssl at your end. Already the team spent more than 2 days and setting up the software and if the ssl are not working then you need to reach out to respective software provider as this is a paid tool where no free trial is available.
The only solution to get it done is to speak to IBM and get the ssl fixed.
We provide world class quality training services and even in your case software installation for Cognos TM1 were not our concern as this was a propriety tool with no free trial available but still team had more than 6 hrs by doing 1-1 session with you by screen sharing.
Now answering to your points - if we are cheater why we will spent 6 hrs doing 1-1 session with you also if the training quality is bad why did you viewed each and every video, access the course material ( I saw your access logs and views mostly all videos more than once )?
I would say you need to understand that you need to speak to respective vendor to get it fixed.

Two Online section are happened but it’s just 10-15 min per section.
I sew training in all videos, In every video is around 2:15 mins in that 30 mins all unnecessary talk is going on and the trainer is also skipping the topics if the trainer is perfect in that concept means he is explaining very clearly and in few concept is not good and he is skipping the topics.
Don’t tell about the quality of your training section Because CookBook is the main syllabus copy which IBM people will provide compare the syllabus with that.
And last Friday(2/03/2018)Deepak had a word with me that he will arrange the 1 hr section with trainer, But up to now he didn't arrange the section and I didn't get any update on these
I got a call on Tuesday (6/03/2018) from Deepak that “If you close the ticket then we will arrange the section for you “these are the word spoken by the Deepak as want encouragement for doing his regular work as customer we lose a lot money and time why we need to encourage for these kind of these work did he responded when I called several times that they need to think and they need to do
Support Team guys are ready to fight with us without solving the problem.
I have all SSL certificates also Just they need to install by seeing the document. I did not known how to update that’s why I asking your support team But you are mentioning that I need to check with vendor.
Why they will provide the support for us and the tool which I have is trail version. For the trail version why vendor will give support you have taken huge money and you didn’t any provided anything Vendor has given free trail software that why you blaming them

These all are the promise which you had given to me,
I am asking you guys, But always you trying to tell un-necessary things which will not work out and you are you trying blaming me By Seeing FAQ only I joined in Intellipaat now you are keeping your promises.

On March 8th I had received response from your end and later on after many follow up’s I didn't get any update? If you are not able to provide the software as promised, re-pay my money back as said earlier in discussion. You are more interested in money but not worried about customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed by the way how you treat and how you respond to the queries.by seeing all this everyone should come to know the way how you treat your loyal customers. Not only me, many of them are facing similar issues. Earlier I had a very good image but going forward I had faced many concerns which are not resolved and still those are in their que. You are not helpful in providing trainings and the trainees are not good enough in their subject as well as communication skills. The trainee is wasting most of the time by discussing un-relevant topic, skipping the relevant topics.
Finally but not the last not only me every one are disappointed by your fakes promises.
