[Resolved]  Interfacepro Webtech Pvt Ltd — Job Related

I applied through to IFW (Interfacepro Webtech Pvt Limited, Gandhinagar) for the post of Trainee Software Developer.
Got a call for test and interviews to be held on 06th Oct'2014.

The company is just making a way to have money from the candidates in a very new way.

I gave the written test with many others who came for the test.
And everybody was one by one informed that they have been selected and a sum of Rupees 300 needs to be deposited in case we want to face the technical interview

Many including me deposited the fee.
The lady interviewer didn't know anything technical and didn't ask anything technical in the so called technical interview.
Rather she straightaway told me that I have been selected and a sum of Rupees 25000 has to be deposited which will be returned after 1 year. And if they do not like my work within 10 days I will be expelled from the company and the amount they would have spent me on my training would be deducted from the deposit.

On asking many many times about how much money will be deducted, she somehow told me that it would be around 15000.
I asked for the offer letter but she refused and told that I should come at 10th October 2014 and then I'll get it after depositing the money.

When I came out, I got to know that everyone who came there was selected and were told the same.

So, this means IFW which is a small company, has recruited almost 15 persons within 2 hours.
And others kept on coming there. I am sure the same must be happening with them.

Be aware candidates. This is a new way of making money.

I agree with you. They have not paid my deposit and salary after so many reminder mails and calls.

It is my Review for company.I do not Want to Register any complaint about IFW. I am not interested to take any revenge.I got my Deposit 11000 out of 25000 from them. Do not take it my review as complaint please.It is just true review about the company which i feel during the training.

Parin shame on you i got 1.8ctc from this mounth .

This is the new way for making money .
Be aware and never pay any deposit for IFW or any other pct ltds like this.

They give salary on working days.. ha ha.. what the [censored]..
They are just cheating.. They don't even have any client. Just make fake projects.. I mean why they are making those projects?
They are an IT company and they have a whole team of marketing who ask for products to wholesalers(which they didn't bought a single piece) and then they tend to sell them.. Fake buyer fake seller.
The tutors them selves just keep on boasting about the company..
