International Centre For Distance Education And Open Learning — Examination form B.com 2nd Year Annual System giving error is You are not Authorized Because Your Exam Roll Number is not Generate

I filled online examination form for B.Com 2nd year annual System and made the payment on the portal. But i have received the SMS form ICDEOL "Students of BCOM 2ND Year are advised to fill their Examination form before 25th March, 2021. You can fill the Examination form through this link"

But Portal is giving the error "You are not Authorized Because Your Exam Roll Number is not Generated"

I called many time ICDEOL no and chasing with ICDEOl last 15 days but they not resolve my issue

Also mail droped to ICDEOL Director Prof. Kulwant Singh Pathania but no response

Pls help to resolve the issue or provide refund my Fee
