International Institute Of Fashion Technology [Nift] — transaction reference number not provided after paying the money for the form

On 24 dec 2019, i was doing my online application formalities for nift undergraduate entrance exam there was a payment method for the form. Although i had payed 2000inr for the form in return my bank provided me with
The message that 2000inr have been debited to my account from pos-citruspay nift. But no transaction reference number was shown after the payment instead it was showing that me the same payment procedures for again.
Pls do resolve my problem.
