International Tourist Center — Pathetic bus service and want to have strict action against them.

Booked a bus to lucknow, firstly the operator called multiple times then he said you have received a call and said to cancel so he has allotted my seat. Now, he has given in another and that bus has left. The other bus straded there till 1.30am from 9.30 for passenger fill up. I lodged a police complaint too but police is taking there side that when fill or either refund the money at 1.00am. This is the ridiculous behaviour i went to office they kept on saying when bus get filled then they leave. No volvo has bwen given normal ac bus therefore please refund the money.
I want to take action against international tourist center. Please help
