Intex Mobile — Battery Replacement

Hello, I would like to inform that, I had purchased index mobile Aqua Curve Mini EMI No. [protected] on 1-10-14 of 7000 Rs from Deoband Saharanpur and after few battery started problem. I had submitted battery for replacement on 13-11-14 to Ashok Mobile Care Saharanpur but until today I do not got any replacement Work Order No. 2818 when I approach them for update unfortunately didn't receive any responsible answer from them. Kindly advise on this issue as soon as possible.
