[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — Changing the battery and the worst service at the INTEX SERVICE CENTER

Namaste sir, I have an intex aqua marvel+ mobile whose battery discharges very fast and now is out of order. So I visited Intex Service Center (Rajkot-Gujarat) and didn't got satisfied by the service I had there as they don't give their full attention to the customers and they even don't have the battery in the stock for 20 days...even the other customers present their didn't liked the service of your agents much because they just don't have an immediate answer to the problem faced by the customer. I am sorry to say but we too are busy with our schedule and if we need to go again and again to the service center begging them to provide us the service then nothing worse could happen with us! We regret of buying your companies product just because of the service you provide us.
