[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Faulty mobile from intex | |||||
I had purchased intex handset - aqua speed dual sim. Serial no: [protected] . Which was having some problem since ( 19/10/2016) the day i got i delivery . Handset was hanging verry frequently . And one fine day handset was dead . Since it was under warranty i gave it at companys service centre on 8/3/2013 . They told me that its an software issue and please collect tommorow . I want and collect handset from the malad service centre . But after loading some applications at home i realised that the hand set is having same problem and on 15/03/2015 again i gave for repairing at same service centre m/s.Unique infosystems Job sheet no:[protected]t001 dt:15/03/2016. On 12/04/2016 i got a call from the service centre that your cell is ready for collection . On 15/0 4/2016 i went to collect the hand set, surprisingly they were give a new handset in replacement star - ii . . . . ( which was of lower configration than that of current cell intex aqua speed . So, i refused to accept it and immidiately i called to intex callcenter and registered my complain no:[protected]jycy on 15/04/2015. But till 27/04/2016 i didnt got any solution so again i called and registered a new complain no: [protected]q2 on 27/04/2016 . But i got only false assurance from them latter on 29/04/2016 again i called intex customer care no; [protected] spoke with mr.Mukesh sharma stating to be superviser of ascilation team and he assured some solution till 01/05/2016 but no responce was received from the company by the time frame they had given . Then again i called the cc no on 02/05/2016 and spoke with mr. Mukesh sharma and he assured that on 03/05/2016 before 12:30 my complain will be resolved but nothing is heared . Neither service centre nor company is responding . I am without handset since 08/03/2016. And i m loosing my business too . . . . . Was this information helpful? | |||||
