Intex Mobile — For replacement or change the mobile

I have Placed order for purchase of a Intex Pride mobile(Grey colour) through Snapdeal Order No [protected], , but you have sent Coffee colour mobile. This mobile has completely failed to perform in all aspects. Signal dropping, battery discharging, hanging, unable to listen received calls. Hence I have given at Customer care center at Nellore, they have taken for 15 days to repair the device but in vain, No problem has been rectified by the service center, they have return the device to me with same problems which I have said earlier. Hence I request you I don't need this mobile . Because you have cheated with colour and sent a second hand device to me. I want to replace with another mobile in this case.
