Intex Mobile — fualty new set with wifi connectivity problem | |||
I have purchased the following mobile; Intex cloud n 1gb (Black) dual sim Serial no. [protected] Purchased online through ebay. In from: Obyan inda llp Room no. 285, 4 / 32, 2nd floor, Saraswathi marg, wea karol bagh, Delhi - 110005 With invoice no. Gi / 15 - 16 / r - 10754 I have received the faulty set with wifi connectivity problem. Immediately i complained matter to the seller as well as ebay. In. But they told me that since the mobile is under warranty, i should produce the set to the service centre and the replacement is not possible. I contacted the service center at my place. I. E. United enterprises, raaj towers, 1st floor, near city stand, udupi, karntaka on 23rd may 2015. They received my complaint and kept the mobile for nearly a month and returned it on 19 june 2015 stating that the software is updated and the set is now functioning properly. But the problem was still the same. The next day i gave the mobile to the same service station and they told me that the set to be sent to the company. So i gave it. After two weeks today i received the set back but the problem was still the same. Wifi is not connecting. Now, that after two months of my investment and purchase the mobile i am not in a position to use it. Hence, i request you to replace the faulty mobile with a new one and direct the service center at udupi to recieve the mobile. Looking forward for your earliest reply and settlement of the issue.
