Intex Mobile — improper treatment by staff at service centre

Complain is regarding the service centre for intex mobile and tablets in ahmedabad on gurukul road memnagar above janta sweets. 1. The staff was rude in their treatment specially the lady at the reception. 2. They have their lunch break at 1330. I reached there at 1325 and was waiting for my turn. I got my turn at 1330. The receptionist their just said a no and closed the things down asking me to wait for another 45 mins till the time lunch break dosent end. As such i was roaming around the city to get my tb repaired. On centre i go they say they dont repair tabs then i go here and the behaviour is very rude. 3. They were just not ready to talk the lady on desk just walked out without even trying to help. The situation was worse then govt offices.My work was of just 02 mins and there was no other customer behind me. She just had to accept the tab and give it to the technician to verify but she could do that too. 4. Pathetic customer care i must say and this i have experienced from your company for second time. I'm definitely not going to buy the intex products anymore if the behaviour continues like this. I didnt argue or anything. Just came out and decided to inform the people above whomsoever is reading this mail/complain.
