Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Complaint about battery swollen

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased mobile intex aqua power hd two month ago,
But from few days the backup of battery very poor.
But yesterday i found the back cover of phone is slightly crack & battery going swollen.
Therefore i went to intex authorised service center & they told me the battery was physically damaged by customer end by overcharging, & not covered in warranty.


But i have never overcharging,

Why are you not replace the battery since i have not overcharging ever.

Kindly arrange to replace battery.
