I purchased a INTEX Aqua 4G Strong{champagne 8GB) mobile from Amazon.in on 09.09.2016 vide order no.[protected]. When plugged to charge, there is no charge and after sometime, there is a display on screen to remove the battery due to very high temperature. I contacted Amazon.in for resolution of complaint but in turn, I was provided with your two customer care numbers ie [protected] and [protected] which yielded no response after a very good number of efforts. I wish to have a new one in exchange as this present set seems to me a bomb ready to explode. Was this information helpful? | |||||
