Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Intex cloud pace mobile battery.. Battery not returned by the service centre | |||||
I have a cloud pace mobile. My invoice no. Is s31c15/15-16/21670. I got an issue with its battery (Swelling of battery). So i submitted it in the digitech service centre., b-6/219 firstb floor, sector 7 rohini, delhi on 27/04/16. They had given a maximum time of 10-15 days. And since then i have contacted them multiple times but each time they say that the battery is not available with them and give forward date and make a fool of me. They talked very badly and i also have contacted the central customer care of intex. But have not got the battery till yet. The customer care also gave me a maximum wait time on 7 days. They only registered the complaint on 17 th may. This is my worst experience with a mobile company. I have a faced many problems because of them. Kindly look into the matter seriously and provide me a new battery or else i am going to file a complaint against the company in the consumer court. Then they will themselves handle this matter with their way. So please cooperate. Jobsheet no[protected]t001.
