I have purchase Intex Cloud Fame 4G mobile through snapdeal on 15.05.2016. But after two month purchasing my mobile screen is blank. Then Intex service centre/Allahabad deposit for repair on 21.09.2016. Complaint Serial No. [protected] & Jobsheet No.[protected]T001. But my mobile not repair till date. Your allahabad service centre not received the phone & proper guidelines. So, Kindly look into the matter and necessary action. After repair my mobile please inform me.
