Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Job sheet no.[protected]t001, intex aqua power+ mobile, after 1 week still no update from chandigarh customer care service centre

Dear team,

On 14 june, 2016, i visit your chandigarh customer care centre, sector -35 a, reason facing problem in my mobile (Hanging too much & touch not working) & after one week when i ask your intex service centre about my phone, they told me that it will take another 10-15 days.
When i ask the reason about this, they told me that they ask for their delhi office for some spare parts of my mobile phone, but they didn't received the same till date.
I am really surprise that after one week they told me such a stupid reason, i don't know how you are dealing with other customers & what customer feedback you received from them.

Really very poor & unprofessional servicing provided by your intex organization.

Now i want some quick action from your side about my mobile issue, otherwise i have no other option to go to the customer court, because in the service request form (Jobsheet no.[protected]t001) it is clearly mentioned that"customers are requested to collect the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the repair confirmation from service centre."
