This is to inform you that seeing TV advertisement, through online I have purchased one Intex Cloud 3G Candy Android Mobile Phone from M/s Kasturi Mega Ventures Private Limited, Gurgaon Haryana vide their Invoice No. [protected] dated 28.02.2016.

On opening the box I could not find any Operation Manual in the box and without that not able to understand the system and to operate.

As advised in your mail, today I had called your Help line number[protected] to seek the guidance.

The person at the other end of your office took the call and listened my issue and asked me to wait. After waiting for about 5 minutes, rather helping me, he tried to blame me that I have not checked the box properly and I am telling lie on the subject and told me to contact the seller.

I want to know - Is this the quality of your service and how you behave with your customer.

I forwarded this email to M/s Kasturi Mega Ventures also and I didn't receive any update from them still.
