Sir, I have an intex cloud swift and i have bought that in Jan, 2016. In starting mobile worked good but after 6 months i.e. in July 2016 I started getting touch problems in the mobile. I submitted the mobile to the service centre and from there too I didn't get the mobile on given time. I got it late and for that too I submitted the complaint because the way the service centres work is really not the proper way. I got the repaired mobile but the front screen of it was set to a different color which is really looking very awkward as back cover and front screen color not matches and the front screen was changed by service centre itself. This is the way they work. Again I started using my mobile and in just 7-10 days I started getting "NO SERVICE" problem for my both of the sim. I talked to customer care also for this and they took 10 days and called me again that services are OK now from their (provider) side. But I didn't get any signal even after this. I scolded them that I will switch my sim to another provider but then I tried checking my sim to another mobile and guess what, I GOT FULL NETWORK at the same place where I was not getting any signal. After this I rebooted mobile many times and also I reset it with factory settings, but again I got no solution.
I want INTEX company to exchange my mobile with a brand new cloud swift because I don't have enough time to just pass my time to their service centre again and again because I know they would take at least 15 days for fixing this and I know I would get much more problems also after this with this phone. MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY. But the way service centre work is WORST compare to other providers.
OR if they don't want to give a brand new phone then I want the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA to take strict action against Intex company as they are just befooling their customers.
