Hi,
I had purchased intex aqua lions 3g from alfa mumbai on 26-sep-2016. The
Phone has started having multiple issue within 30-45 days.
- camera not working
- phone getting hanged
Have visited twice to goregaon west authorized service center for same but
There is no service provided. During first visit service centre had opened
The mobile and checked the issue however mentioned that the imei no is not
Fully visible on mobile cover (Printed on sticker on backside of mobile).
Hence to avail the service and resolve the issue, they asked me to get
Mobile box & the bill. Its surprising that in the world of modern
Technology you need the box cover and invoice to check if the mobile is
Under warranty, why cant same be checked through the imei short code where
The number easily reflects on the screen?.
Also before visiting i had called up the customer care and informed them i
Don't have bill as of now but can provide credit card statement in which
The transaction is mentioned to which they had confirmed that the service
Will be provided.
I have visited and provided all the details along with box and invoice
Number but still they have denied the services and are asking to make
Payment for same.
Which is unethical and illegal demand. When i have my phone under warranty
On what basis are the charges asked? Just because of your mistake if imei
Number is not reflecting on some useless sticker of phone am not liable to
Pay charges.
Is this the kind of pathetic service provided by intex?
I request you'll to please help me out in getting this issue resolved with
The service which i am liable to be served
