We bought two phone sets of Intex through online purchase with Flip cart 2 weeks ago. Since very first day we have been facing charging and phone operating issues and all our attempts to make complaint are going in vain. We have requested many times to Flip cart as well as to Intex technician to process a return request as the phones are of no use but unfortunately no one is replying with a precise answer
