Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — problem not attended properly.. rude behavior of officials

I have submitted my intex cloud s9 model to service center at lalpur, ranchi, jharkhand but it was not attended even after 30 days and also it was not informed to me, when i approach them for hand set, they are charging me 5500/- & behaved very rudely. When i have asked abt complaint register, they told we are not having any complain book. Worst service.
