Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Repair of mobile cloud swift

I am going to complain in the consumer court at Bhubaneswar that my Cloud swift mobile has not repaired in free of cost as it is within the warranty period. The same has been received by the Anshinka Technology, Bhubaneswar and after proper check gave me the receipt that the mobile will be repaired without any cost and the problem was reported as Display problem. I have handed over the same on 19.07.2016 but till date it has not been repaired and when I visited the service center they have asked for payment for the repair. My job sheet no.
