I have purchased intex mobile on oct-2015. reacently my screen is not working, so i have visited intex service centre in bommanahalli, bangalore, karnataka. they are telling that i have given to local service centre. my question is why should i visit local service centre while i have a warrenty. but in intex customer care they are telling that mobile is ready. but in service centre they are telling that it is not repaired...
