I have bought a new aqua extreme 2 model handset on Jan 16th 2016 after six months later mobile got into some problem so i have submit my mobile to one of the service center in Chennai, After received they told me to come after 10 days then i back to the office after 10 days they replied that we are going to replace my mobile since there is no parts available relate to my mobile but they have replaced some other model which is not in good condition So i talked with the service center dealer and after a big conversation they finally told that they will give the replace the same model which i gave then weekly once i was chasing them but there is no good response from them till now.
I have submitted bill which they gave.
