Sir, i purchase intex cloud swift 4g on 1-april-2016, invocie Number=s374eb/16-17/575. Since my mobile Have some charging problem started approx. 16-aug-2016 i. E. My mobile How mobile charge when i Attach it with charger but mobile not get charged. I give my mobile To intex service center at ramsnehi trading co. ;shop no-324, first Floor, mirhawah centre, jodhpur, rajasthan on 17- aug-2016 with Jobsheet no.[protected]t001. I received my mobile on 19-aug-2016 in morning approx 10.00 am. When i Check my mobile at my home charging problem get resolved but my mobile Back speaker sound is not clear (Speaker fat gaya he). Speaker Problem come to face due to your service center not properly handle my Mobile. Same day i. E. On 19-aug-2016 i give my mobile to your service Center to resolve my mobile speaker problem. Your service center do Not generate new job-sheet instead of this he generate 17-aug-2016 Job-sheet and make hand bullpen correction on job-sheet. I again received my mobile on same day ie. 19-aug-2016 approx 5.40 P. M. And i check my mobile but speaker sound not clear. Before i give My mobile to your service center for repair for charging problem my Mobile back speaker is good and clear sound. But after receive my Mobile from service mobile mobile back speaker like phat gaya he. I Also send a mail to intex and i received Call from intex company... As madam (Form Intex co.) say me on call that go again to service center and give my Intex phone there and provide job-sheet number. I do same on 22-aug-2016. My job-sheet number is[protected]t001... Today i Received my mobile 10-september-2016 approx. 2.00 p. M. And when i come To home and put sim in my phone mobile phone show only black screen With intex logo.. Again i go to service centre and give my mobile at Ervice centre and problem reported in is heandshet is dead {jobsheet Number=[protected]t001}. There is so many problem reported in Mobile.. So now i request to change this headset and provide me new One.. You must know also one thing that my mobile most of time at Ervice centre from 17-aug-2016 to still in service centre Jobsheet number =[protected]t001.
