[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Mobile instrument. (Cheating with me) | |||
Respected sir / madam, I gave my intex octa i - 5 for repair to ayushi electronic indore on the 08th of august 2015, as it was getting hang and working slow. They tried to upgrade the software but the handset got dead and they had to send it to company. They told me that i will get my handset within 4 - 5 days. I called them after 10 days and still i didn't got any proper answer. I called to your customers care they committed to give me my handset in 48 hours. I was in regular touch with ayushi electronic and customers care both. And on[protected] i went to ayushi electronic. There they gave me intex aqua speed hd. This is a low cost model, so i didn't accept it. But they forced me to take that or they will have to send it back to company. I asked for any manager numbers. I talked with mr vijay (Manager indore) ([protected]) . . As per mr vijay i have used my cell phone for 5 months and now company is giving me new handset so i should accept low cost model. . He disconnected my call without listing my complaint. I called customer care again, mr sumit was the agent and now he is asking me to go to service center and make a new job sheet and wait for more 15 days. This is a clear case of cheating customers. .
