Respected Sir, I have purchased Intex aqua R20 Model no 57773 on 28 feb 15 from Pushpa watch & Mobile at bihar sharif. After a month its touch pad were not working properly. I have given it to the same shop on 10th Apr 15 for replacement of touch pad or replacement of mobile from service centre Patna. But till date I could not get back my mobile phone.
