Intex Technologies — intex led repair under warranty

I had complained the INTEX customer care executives about the repairment of my LED on date 23 Sep 2019 and the next day 2 engineers visited on my address. They told me that The Motherboard of the LED is damaged and it would be repaired in 1-2 days but since then had neither revisited nor gave any feedback. Their names are Akshay and contact number is [protected]. They even now don't pick my call and also don't give any response to it.

On calling customer care executives they just told me again and again that your complaint is being forwarded.
In short they all are prooving that your Product and service both are very poor and I'm feeling cheated buying your product.
