Intex Technologies — irritating service from intex

Me akash mayra, my intex mobile had a software issue and battery problem too, when it was under warranty period. So i've sent it to authorized service center on september'1st week probably, placed in central, kolkata. Almost 3 weeks later executive informed that my mobile has repaired. Then i've collected it. But same problem exist till now. Mobile getting charge maximum 65% of battery. Very poor battery service. With it's 65% charge it runs a whole day when it is totally not in use. It lasts upto 2.5hrs when i'm using it. I think they had done nothing against it's software problem. Now warranty period is over. Now plz suggest what to do now.
