Intex Technologies — Led tv not working for last 30 days, complaint registered but no response

My intex Led is not working for last 30 days. I have 2 reference number of complaints one is Ref No. D[protected] and second is Ref No. D[protected]. There is no response from Intex company side, technician visited two times but only he makes videos of defective Led and take charges of visit Rs. 590 after this there is not a single communication between company or with customer.

Please solve my issue as soon as possible because this is very disturbing for my family too.
