We have purchase the tower Music system on 03/12/2021. But since from the start its found faulty and complaint to company portal he had send the technician and replace its operational panel with repaired one panel. But No fault had been rectified till date. Thereafter we have lodged several complaint with the company site but No action will be on till date. So we therefore request you to please arrange to replace my music system with new one or refund the purchase amount at earliest.
