Intex Technologies — not attended my complaints which is pending since last two months

I have purchased intex led tv in the year 2016 with a manufacturing warrantee of 5 years. Last month i have e-mailed the complaint wrt problem of my tv to digi1 kharghar shop. As the complaint isnot attended by digi1 i have again lodged the complaint by email. Thereafter i got another email i'd of intex service service senter where i drops mail by last week. They assued by reply that engineer will visit to home with in three working days but after period of a week the situation is same. Pl help me to resolve this issue.
