Intex Technologies — replacement of compressor of 1.5 ton intex ac

Dear sir,

I have purchased an intex ac 1.5 ton on 20 june 2018. Model no. Ins18cu3c - 2w.

I have registered a complainant regarding the product on 9th september 2019, ref no.[protected]. It was being told by the service centre that compressor to replaced. Within 3 days it will be replaced but no one visited again and complainant was closed automatically.

Again, i inquired the matter on customer care, they told that complainant has been closed and i have to re-open it.

On, 18th september 2019, i requested to reopen the complainant ref no.[protected]. Since no action has been taken.

It is submitted that this kind of negligence for customers leads severe harrassmnt by the company agianst their provided warranty clause.

Please look into the matter.
