Intex Technologies — suffering since 17 days with unwashed clothes

I have bought intex fully automatic top loading washing machine, which is malfunctioning since 17 days and since 17 days our all clothes are not getting washed, which is creating so much of problem in our home.

Today i have called again to call center of intex and as per mr. Ashutosh floor manager, he has discussed with so called area service manager and they still need 4 days to get this resolved as the part which needs to be replace is not available in company.

If part is not available in company, then why company is selling the product??

Parts must be available with service partner.

Kindly intervene in the matter and arrange to get my complaint resolved by today itself.
