I had purchased intex led tv no. 4310 fhd on dated 17-6-17, but due to display problem i lodged complaint on toll free number on 25-12-19 and my complain no. Is[protected] and told me by their employee that you have to paid service charge plus gst to our engineer who visit to u and on 27th december, 2019 the person visited me and told me for panel problem in my tv and told u will be supplied it in two days but till date i not getting any service and not solved my problem till date after i was called 2 to 3 times to the customer care for that but only one reply you will solve your problem within short time, so in this competitive era no any customer wait for your service it's effect to your prestige in the market so improve your service quality before sell the product. Next time i will not purchase any product of intex and don't suggest anyone to buy it.
